    Took my car here for small electrical fault car had more problems when i picked it up than when it went in.Never would i bring a car to them again plus they broke my cctv in vehicle and siad it was not them systemcost over £400 in process reporting them to Trading Standards there watching not getting away with it

    I phoned for a quote then paid them a visit a few days later. Yes they can embroider the logo I showed them but I would have to pay a £20 set up fee because they have to send the design off to Brother to get a configuration file that can be read by the machine. Apparently it is a non-standard Brother format. Im certain that Ive visited similar embroiderers in the past and they could scan any design and make the item while you wait. Clearly these places have more professionally made machines than PrimePrint. I would go to another embroiderers but I dont have transport at the moment so I have to make do with what is available in the local area. However I wont be paying the £20 setup fee on top of the cost of the item I wanted embroidered. I wish the person I spoke to originally at PrimePrint had mentioned the £20 setup fee - I wouldnt have bothered wasting my time going. Also Im forced to give 1 star when I want to award no stars. Also they are closed on Saturday.
